8 Dead in Lousiana flood
The historic flood in Lousiana state in US the death tool raised to eight people. The National Weather Service has issued warning as the flood expanding from the parts of southern Lousiana.
Lousiana Governor John Bel Edwards said "we are seeing unprecedented flood level as the waters move south."
About 40,000 homes have been impacted while 8,000 people were in shelters and 20,000 rescued so far. National Weather Service issued 36 new flood warnings on Tuesday for southern Lousiana.
