15 killed in Vietnam flood

Fifteen people reported dead and thousands evacuated in central Vietnam following the flood caused by a very heavy rain.

The heavy rain with a low pressure system last week have blocked roads, destroying over 200 houses and inundated over 40,000 other houses in 12 provinces, 12,000 hectare of clop land were flooded, over 40,000 cattle and poultry were dead.
