Samsung to Buy Harman International for US$8bln
Samsung Electronics released a statement to buy Harman International Industries the auto electronics giant overseas for US$8 billion deal.
Samsung said to agree to acquire Harman for US$112.00 per share in cash, a 28 percent premium to the US firms closing price. Harman is the maker of JBL audio system and it earns about two third of its revenue from automotive relent segment.
