Over 85,000 flee fires in California

Over 85,000 fled a rapidly spreading fires in east Los Angeles, about 345000 buildings said to be threatened by the blaze.

The Governor of California Jerry Brown has declared state of emergency for San Bernadino County.

The blaze which named the Blue Cut fire has burned more than 4,000 acres, the fire fighters have controlled 35 percent of blaze so far.
