N.Korean submarine fired BM toward Japan

North Korea's submarine reported to be fired ballistic missile which flew 500km(311 miles) toward Japan. The missile fired around 5:30 am from near coastal city of Sinpo. South Korea military officials said the North Korea's "SLBM (Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile) technology appear to have progressed". US Strategic Command said tracked KN-TI submarine launched ballistic missile flew about 300 miles"

South Korea condemned the launch and warns over more sanctions.
