Cars makers: Tech Industry clash over talking cars

Cars makers spoke out that wirelessly talk to each other are ready to take to the road. The new technology cars hold the potential to dramatically reduce traffic deaths, improve the safety of self-driving cars and someday maybe even help solve traffic jams.
