Aid agencies in Syria scares, suspending cooperation with UN

Aid agencies in Syria say the are now suspending cooperation with United Nation's agencies in the country. Released public later which signed with 70 aid agencies slams the UN coordinated humanitarian response in Syria and called for an immediate and transparent investigation into its operation in Syria. The group said they were withdrawing from UN's whole Syria information-sharing program.

Non governmental organisations (NGO) numbered 73 which working inside Syria accused UN and SARC of operating under political influence of the Assad regime.

The 73 NGO's statement to UN said the Syrian Government has interfered with the delivery of humanitarian assistance in multiple instances, including the blocking of aid to besieged areas, the removal of medical aid from inter-agency convoys, the disregard for needs-assessments and information coming from humanitarian actors in Syria, we thought it might be reasonable to pleasure the UN to assist in ending the use of starvation as a weapon of war by attaining sustained sufficient humanitarian access to besieged areas"
