French fighter jets on mission against IS in Mosul



French taking aircraft carrier in eastern Mediterranean to join US-led coalition in fighting Islamic State (IS). the report is not so confirmed whether the french jets will join on conducting airstrike or they will be there on different mission.


The Ministry of defence said Friday mission in no way constitute the battle of Mosul. The French defence mister Jean-Yves Le Drian said the now mission is planed to end October.
