Colombians voted "NO" to FARC peace accord
Colombia voters shocked government by shading the government historic peace deal with communist FARC rebels on near complete referendum results on Sunday.
On the efforts of Colombia government to stop away 52 years of bloody conflict with the FARC rebel, the government hope turned out after what seems as the happiest and greatest event ever after opinion pools results showed that the voters voted 50.23 percent against the accord to 49.76 in 99.6 percent of votes counted.
Colombia government signed the accord on September to end the 52 years of conflicts between FARC and Colombia governments.
The leader of "No campaign" former president Alvaro Uribe said "peace deal is exciting but the Havana accord are disappointing"
The communist FARC rebels launched guerrilla war on government in 1964. Its expected 260,000 people dead and 45,000 missed during the war.
