US suspends talks with Russia over Syria ceasefire
US said it suspends bilateral talks with Russia on reviving a truce. Accusing Moscow of abetting Syria president Bashar al-Assad's assault on civilian districts of the city.
US State Department Official said US Secretary of State John Kerry remains "laser-focused" on finding a diplomatic solution to the conflict through multilateral channels.
John Kirby said "This is not a decision that was taken lightly" announced an end to plan to set up a joint US-Russian military cell to target militants.
On other side Moscow denied it was bombing hospitals, insisting its bombing campaign was "highly effective" and had stopped militants taking over Syria.
