Tiger Wood withdrew from Napa PGA

Tiger Wood has pulled out from Safeway Open expecting to play on next month's Turkish Airline Open.

Wood the 14 times major champion has posted on his website on Monday said his game was not sharp enough for him to compete in the PGA tour in Napa, California.

"I practiced the last several days in California but after a lot of hours, I knew I wasn't ready to compete against the best golfer in the world' Wood said.

Wood added he will continue work hard and plan to play at foundation's event, the Hero Word Challenge in Albany.
