Brazil detained lawmaker over Petrobras corruption probe

Brazil police has detained lawmaker Eduardo Cunha over oil company Petrobras corruption probe.

Cunha was arrested in Brasilia ans later he was taken to Curitba under close guard.

Cunha accused of taking millions in Petrobras which related bribes, laundering money and hiding funds in secret Swiss bank account. Cunha denied the charges. But authority ordered the seizure of eight cars and assets amounting to nearly US$70 million.
