China, and Philippines agreed to restore ties

China and Philippines have said to restoring diplomatic ties and defence consultations. Also the two agreed that disputes in the South China Sea were not the sum total of relations, said Chinese Vice Foreign minister Liu Zhenmin.

China also said would restore Philippine agricultural exports to China and it would provide financial support for Philippine infrastructure.
