UK's Court ruled Brexit requires parliament approval

British High Court three judges has ruled that the UK's government doesn't have the power to trigger the country's exit from the European Union without the approval of the parliament.

The government plans to appeal the ruling before the supreme court.

British Prime Minister Theresa May said she will launch exit negotiations with EU by March 31.
